So you have a goal, a dream, a project you wish to start. But what’s keeping you from doing it? One probable reason is that you get overwhelmed with that goal. For example, you want to renovate and improve your house.
At a glance it would seem like such a huge project for you - you need to determine what needs to be fixed, you need ideas for a good makeover, you need to determine the amount you will spend for the whole makeover, you need to know what new house decors to buy or new paint colors for the house paint and the list goes on and on. Just thinking about all that tasks may make one feel tired already.
So it is best to break down that project into several steps and just do one step at a time. This will get you started and will make things easier than it seem.
