 We all know that health is wealth. Still so many people carelessly abuse their body by filling it with junk foods, overworking, drowning into vices and engaging in activities that rob one’s peace of mind and deteriorate one’s character and health.

 
Here are practical tips to keep your body, mind and soul in tip-top shape:

  1. Drink more water. Limit intake of sodas, caffeine, alcohol and powdered juices as all of them contain much sugar that may harm the body in the long run. Stick to plain water (or make sure that your water intake is sufficient and much more than other artificial and alcoholic beverages) and you will do your body a great favor.
  1. Eat breakfast. Skipping breakfast is a form of abuse to your body, Make sure you are ready for the day by preparing and indulging and helping yourself to a breakfast of champions.
  1. Make your food more colorful. This means that there should be more fruits and vegetables in your diet and you eat a varied balanced diet- from different kinds of food groups each day.
  1. Visit your doctor for a regular medical checkup. Prevent onset of diseases by having regular medical check-ups
  1. More physical activity. Move your body by exercising, walking, running. 
  1. Appreciate and enjoy life. Always be grateful for everything in your life. Choose happiness over sadness, smile a lot and 
  1. Spend more time with the people you love. Avoid negative people and situation and seek the company of people who makes you happy.
  1. Keep on learning new things. Never stop learning. Keep on being curious and strive to be a better you always.
  1. Pray and be at peace with GodNourish your spirit by meditating, reading the bible and praying.
  1. Be kind and strive to help others.
