Find ways to walk and move around even if your work or lifestyle confines you on a chair for long hours.

One research  says that posture affects our moods – slouching can make you depressed while standing upright can beat negative emotions.

Pet owners have another good reason to spend a day out with their fur babies. A study shows that this activity is beneficial both for the pet and the owner. For one, it is a form of exercise and if you do it during the morning, you also get to have vitamin D from the sun. This simple activity that can help you set off the day with a good mood can also ultimately improve the quality of your life.

Are you stressed out and feeling discouraged? You may want to take a good look at the people around you because there is a good chance that their negative attitudes are bringing you down. Research says that toxic friends can make you seriously ill. So carefully choose the people you regularly hang out with.

You can even add in a slice of lemon or cucumber for extra flavor. Studies say that this simple effort can help you lose weight, avoid indigestion, and flush out toxins.
